# HumanAuth Microsoft Outlook Add-in Installation Guide

This guide walks you through installing the **HumanAuth** Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Outlook Desktop (macOS & Windows) and Outlook on the Web.

## 🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation (macOS & Windows Outlook Desktop)

### Step 1: Open "Get Add-ins" in Outlook
1. Open **Microsoft Outlook**.
2. In the top application menu bar, click on **Tools** and select **Get Add-ins**.

### Step 2: Add Custom Add-in from File or URL
1. In the **Office Add-ins** window, select **My add-ins** on the left navigation menu.
2. Scroll down to the **Custom Addins** section at the bottom right.
3. Click on **+ Add a custom add-in**.
4. Choose either:
   * **Add from File...** — Select the downloaded `manifest-pane.xml` file.
   * **Add from URL...** — Enter `https://human.opaida.ai/download/outlook-manifest`.

5. Click **Install** when prompted. The **HumanAuth** add-in will now appear under your custom add-ins and in your Outlook compose/read ribbon!

## 🌐 Sideloading in Outlook Web (Browser)
1. Navigate to [Outlook Web](https://outlook.office.com/).
2. Open any email message or click **New Message**.
3. Click the **... (More Options)** menu on the toolbar -> **Get Add-ins** (or **Apps**).
4. Select **My add-ins** -> **Add a custom add-in** -> **Add from File...** and upload `manifest-pane.xml`.

## 🛡️ Usage
1. Draft your email message in Outlook.
2. Click the **🛡️ HumanAuth** icon in your toolbar or task pane.
3. Authenticate with your Touch ID / Face ID sensor.
4. Your signed message payload with neutral verification link will be auto-inserted into your email draft.
